If you are ready to act, you can book a Lifestyle Reset Session, a focused 60–90 minute life wellness coaching session to reset one key area.
If you prefer to talk first, you can book a Discovery Call, a 15–20 minute call to explore what you need, where you are right now, what you’re carrying,  what you want to shift whether we are a fit

We clarify your priorities for this season, your energy realities, including chronic illness or burnout, then create an Intentional Living Map, your priorities for this season, your energy realities (including chronic illness or burnout) and where you want to go. And importantly, the healing rituals, boundaries & habits that will support you n this journey.

Choose Your Coaching Path

You choose the level of support that suits your season, a one-off Lifestyle Reset Session, a short Reset Package, a deeper coaching journey, or a VIP Day. All options are chronic-illness-aware, goal oriented & structured around your real life.

We coach, test & refine. You’ll get honest reflection, practical tools & compassionate accountability, not perfectionism. The goal is sustainable intentional living, not another performance, not perfection.

How Sessions Work

Before you invest, you should know what you are saying yes to. Here is how sessions usually run, so you can decide what fits your season.

Session Format

Sessions are delivered online, usually via Zoom or a similar secure platform.
A standard coaching session is 60 minutes; VIP or deep dive sessions may be 90 minutes or longer.
For packages, we agree the rhythm in advance, weekly, bi weekly or another pattern that suits your energy & commitments.

Between Session Support

Light check ins by email or an agreed messaging channel may be available for some packages.
You may receive reflective questions, worksheets or simple practices to try between sessions.
You are not expected to perform, you are expected to be honest about what is working & what is not.

Session Environment

You choose a quiet, private space where you can speak freely.
You are welcome to have your tea, hot water bottle, weighted blanket or anything that supports your body.
Cameras on is preferred so we can connect as humans; if you are having a difficult health day, we can discuss what feels comfortable.

I’m Dr. Charlene Ashley, Founder of Chali-A Lifestyle, a coaching brand built on the belief that true success is the integration of health, mindset, and purpose. I’m a life & wellness coach, intentional living strategist, & chronic illness warrior with over two decades in global business & organisational consulting.  With extensive experience coaching individuals across both business and personal development contexts, I help clients clarify their goals, overcome limiting patterns, and operate at their highest potential, not only professionally, but holistically. Whether the focus is improving health habits, rebuilding discipline, or restoring motivation, each engagement is tailored to meet clients where they are and guide them toward measurable progress.

I am a certified Life Purpose Coach at the expert level, formally trained in change management, organisational behaviour & Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a methodology focused on how thought patterns influence behavior, communication, and outcomes, with advanced studies across institutions such as Harvard and International School of Management in Paris.  This background allows me to combine structured strategic thinking with practical mindset and performance frameworks, including systems for focus, resilience, and sustainable productivity.

I understand what it means to carry big responsibilities, big dreams & a body that doesn’t always cooperate.
