Designed Living is about intentionally shaping your everyday life to support ease, comfort, & quiet refinement. This pillar explores how your environment, routines & choices work together to reduce friction & elevate how you live, from the way your home supports you, to self-care as maintenance rather than performance, to experiences designed to restore rather than exhaust. Meet Chali-A – Your Life & Wellness Coach

I’m Dr Charlene Ashley – ‘Chali-A’ Ashley, a life & wellness coach, intentional living strategist, & chronic illness warrior with over two decades in global business & organisational consulting. I am a certified Life Purpose Coach, formally trained in change management, organisational behaviour & Neuro Linguistic Programming, with advanced studies across institutions such as Harvard.
I understand what it means to carry big responsibilities, big dreams & a body that doesn’t always cooperate.
My coaching blends:

  • Evidence-based tools from leadership, organisational behaviour, & behaviour change science.
  • Mind–body–spirit practices, including mindfulness, breathwork, reflection & healing practices, rituals.

Balance Reset Package

A short coaching package designed to help you build or rebuild structure & healing habits over a few weeks. Ideal if you are in a busy season & need accountability, support & practical tools to reset your rhythm.



Deep Reset Journey

A deeper life & wellness coaching programme for people ready to make more significant lifestyle changes across work, health, relationships & mindset. We move at a pace that honours your energy (including chronic illness) while still driving real change.

Design Your Life VIP Day

An intensive VIP experience (online or in-person, where possible) for intentional living & lived luxury (as you define it). We map your next chapter, refine your environment & habits, then design the needed support systems to support the life you want to live & how you want your days to feel.

This is a chronic-illness-informed coaching space. We design your goals, pace, & rituals around your energy & health realities, not against them. We’ll work with what your body can sustainably give & I respect your medical team’s role at all times.

Therapy focuses on diagnosis, treatment & healing emotional or psychological conditions. Life & wellness coaching focuses on where you are now & where you want to go, your goals, habits, rituals & decisions. I don’t diagnose or treat; I help you design & live more intentionally & I’ll always encourage you to stay connected with appropriate medical or mental health support.

No. My coaching is faith-friendly & values-driven, but not pushy. Whether you identify with a particular faith, describe yourself as spiritual, or are simply values-led, we will work in a way that honours what you believe.

No. While some retreats & group spaces may be women-only, my one-to-one life & wellness coaching is open to anyone who resonates with this approach, regardless of gender.
