Natural Solutions for Dry Skin

Going natural looks fabulous & helps with your budget.
Today’s lifestyle leaves us open to a daily chemical assault, from the air we breathe to the water we drink, and the skincare and haircare products we use daily. It is not known what the long-term effects of these chemicals will be, but one thing’s for sure, it can’t be good.
From this, I developed dry skin. So, I stopped using lotion & graduated to a mixture coconut oil, shea butter and vitamin E. My skin loves it and I love that it’s easily absorbed.
I don’t want to sound like I’m all that, but coconut oil’s antioxidant properties protect the skin from damage and because it’s so full of essential fatty acids it helps to build and strengthen my skin-cells.
Vitamin E, on the other hand, supports the reduction of free radical damage and slow the aging process of your cells.
Now, let me tell you something up front so that you’re not discouraged when you use it. This mix is unusual in that it melts onto your skin the instant you apply it – like butter on a hot pan.
The recipes that I had read don’t tell you this, so when I first used it, I thought it was greasy and that I wouldn’t like it.
But then, something magical happened – my skin soaked it all in – and instead of feeling greasy, it felt velvety soft! My skin is seriously thanking me and has promised to glow, if I use this every day.
I think the smell of the mixture will not be that pleasant. How can we it to smell good?
The smell of shea butter is extremely pleasant. Still if you don’t like the smell, add a little rose water. I believe this may help!
Can you please shed some light on vitamin E? Can I use vitamin E capsules on daily basis?
You should be able to get the amount of vitamin E you need by eating a varied and balanced diet. If you take vitamin E supplements, do not take too much as this could be harmful. Taking 540mg (800 IU) or less a day of vitamin E supplements is unlikely to cause any harm.

I don’t think so that using any vitamin or food supplements for a stretched time period is a good idea!
Natural products have least side effects..

I will ensure I do another blog on this topic. Thanx for the feedback
