I have logged thousands of minutes in structured meditation & mindfulness, including advanced work in visualisation, breath focus, body scan, awareness & loving kindness. These practices quietly sit under my coaching work, especially for clients navigating stress, burnout or chronic illness

How Sessions Work

Before you invest, you should know what you are saying yes to. Here is how sessions usually run, so you can decide what fits your season.

Session Format

Sessions are delivered online, usually via Zoom or a similar secure platform.
A standard coaching session is 60 minutes; VIP or deep dive sessions may be 90 minutes or longer.
For packages, we agree the rhythm in advance, weekly, bi weekly or another pattern that suits your energy & commitments.

Between Session Support

Light check ins by email or an agreed messaging channel may be available for some packages.
You may receive reflective questions, worksheets or simple practices to try between sessions.
You are not expected to perform, you are expected to be honest about what is working & what is not.

Session Environment

You choose a quiet, private space where you can speak freely.
You are welcome to have your tea, hot water bottle, weighted blanket or anything that supports your body.
Cameras on is preferred so we can connect as humans; if you are having a difficult health day, we can discuss what feels comfortable.

A 60 - 90 minute guided session for those ready to move from insight into design. Building on the clarity gained in the Entry Session, this session focuses on translating awareness into practical, realistic next steps that fit your current capacity. FAQs About Packages, Fees & Policies

Payments are usually made online by card using secure Stripe or PayPal links. For some packages, instalments may be available. All fees are confirmed in writing before you pay, so there are no surprises.

For most packages, yes. We can agree a simple instalment plan, for example monthly payments, as long as all instalments are completed before the final session. Lifestyle Reset Sessions are usually paid in full at booking.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, you can usually do so up to X hours before the session using your booking link. Late cancellations or no shows may be charged or treated as a used session; details will be in your confirmation email.

As a chronic illness informed coach, I understand flare days. If your health makes it impossible to attend, we will do our best to reschedule within the agreed policy. The key is communication as early as you reasonably can.

Lifestyle Reset Sessions are non-refundable once the session is delivered. For packages, refunds are not offered for sessions already used. If something significant changes, we can discuss options such as pausing or re-structuring, within reason.

In many cases, yes. For example, after a Lifestyle Reset Session, you may choose to roll into a Balance Reset Package, with part of your session fee credited. Any change of path will be discussed & confirmed in writing.

How I Hold the Coaching Space

  • Confidentiality
    What you share in coaching stays in coaching, except where there is a legal or safety concern.
  • Respect for medical & therapeutic care
    I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat or replace your doctors, therapists or other clinicians. We work alongside your existing care, never in competition with it.
  • No miracle cures or false promises
    You will not hear promises of quick fixes or miracle transformations that ignore your health, context or constraints. We focus on grounded, sustainable change.
  • Trauma awareness & emotional safety
    I am not a trauma therapist, however I work in a trauma aware, emotionally sensitive way, so you are not pushed into re living painful experiences without support.
  • Boundaries
    I respect your time, energy & money, & I expect the same in return. We agree how we will work, then honour that agreement together.
  • Integrity in pricing & packages
    Fees are clear, written & consistent. If we adjust anything, such as adding sessions or extending timelines, we agree it in writing first.
