  15. You should be able to get the amount of vitamin E you need by eating a varied and balanced diet. If you take vitamin E supplements, do not take too much as this could be harmful. Taking 540mg (800 IU) or less a day of vitamin E supplements is unlikely to cause any harm.

  16. The smell of shea butter is extremely pleasant. Still if you don’t like the smell, add a little rose water. I believe this may help!

  30. That’s a great observation. Turmeric in food is considered safe. However, you are correct, research shows that taking large amounts of turmeric for long periods of time may cause digestive issues / stomach upset and, in some extreme cases even ulcers. Also headache and nausea and skin rash are also side effects of too much turmeric. I am not a medical doctor 😁 just a health enthusiast so always remember to their doctor before taking turmeric or any kind of supplement.
