Keeping a yourself healthy emotionally, physically, and spiritually will help you build develop a happy, productive life. Studies were done and it was found that people who volunteer, go to church, or belong to a club are more likely to have better health than people who don’t engage in social activities on a routine basis. The way we take care of ourselves affects us in many ways. When I started to take care of myself physically, I noticed an increase in my energy level. Before then I was often feeling fatigued or sick, sick or fatigued… After years of countless Doctors visits, I decided to focus on my health and began to take better care of myself, I felt more emotionally stable and spiritually in touch with myself. I understood myself even better. I felt so proud of myself. Physically & mentally I felt like a new person. By feeling and living healthy you begin to see yourself in a very different way. The first thing I did to help myself get physically back into shape was change my eating habits. I began eating mostly anti-inflammatory foods as best I could. My Honduras Vacay

I recently traveled to Honduras on a cruise I found it was a small quaint island that I fell in love with, ISLA ROATÁN. This was a new destination for me, so I wanted to explore on my own instead of booking excursions through the cruise line. While taking a long walk down the long scenic road from the cruise ship I begin to see the beautiful white sand private beaches. This was so breathtaking! Since I always look for bargains, I hired a private taxi for a tour of the island. To my surprise, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took me to places where the locals shopped and hung out. I found many deals on local crafts. I wanted to get up close and personal to local wildlife, so we stopped by a local park that had macaws and monkeys of course among many others. I thought touching them was a unique experience. What was really scary was the fact that the island does not use traffic lights. I’m glad that my driver was cautious and knew the roads.
