Coping with the ‘NEW NORMAL’
Home is the one place where we can be ourselves. Family accepts you for who you are – or do they? Well COVID-19 will certainly test that… Family is the most priceless and significant thing that an individual has. It’s where we learn the value of affection, care, love, and truthfulness. Where our beliefs, values and personalities are formed. With the advent of COVID we are entering into ‘a new normal’. The first two weeks at home may feel exciting, cozy, and a great way to reconnect. But now as the lockdown is extending, it just seems like a crushing challenge. So, during this challenging time, what the hell can we do not to get on each other’s nerves? To stick together, to become even stronger? If we focus on family in the same way we focus on doing well with a new partner, or impressing our boss 🙂 we can get through this… No Space to Breathe In the busy routine of our lives, we often find it hard to get free time with our family, well COVID certainly changed that reality. Now, we not only have time, we are ‘locked in the same ‘quarters’ as our family.

Packing Tips
Would you like to travel smoothly through airport security? It’s become more and more congested. Passengers haven’t taken the time to read the rules, and that slows everyone down and makes the boarding process more frustrating. First and foremost, make sure your carry-on bag is the correct size. Many airlines have different regulations; so always check with the airline before packing. As a rule of thumb, most airlines allow two items to be carried on. Next, be sure you are not packing any prohibited items in your bag. Sharp objects or weapons are just common sense. I don’t know why you would need these, but you’ll be surprised at how many get confiscated. Packing CubesThe easiest way to approach going through airport security is to be organized. It is amazingly satisfying to open your suitcase, and everything is neatly in place. I assure you, once you start using packing cubes, you will not pack a bag without them again. Even unpacking becomes easier! Many experienced traveler’s packs in individual packing cubes so that all their underwear, socks, and sleepwear are together. Travel Sized ContainersThere are also plastic-lined cases to keep your toiletries separate. Currently, travel-sized containers are among the number

Natural Solutions for Dry Skin
Going natural looks fabulous & helps with your budget. Today’s lifestyle leaves us open to a daily chemical assault, from the air we breathe to the water we drink, and the skincare and haircare products we use daily. It is not known what the long-term effects of these chemicals will be, but one thing’s for sure, it can’t be good. From this, I developed dry skin. So, I stopped using lotion & graduated to a mixture coconut oil, shea butter and vitamin E. My skin loves it and I love that it’s easily absorbed. I don’t want to sound like I’m all that, but coconut oil’s antioxidant properties protect the skin from damage and because it’s so full of essential fatty acids it helps to build and strengthen my skin-cells. Vitamin E, on the other hand, supports the reduction of free radical damage and slow the aging process of your cells. Now, let me tell you something up front so that you’re not discouraged when you use it. This mix is unusual in that it melts onto your skin the instant you apply it – like butter on a hot pan. The recipes that I had read don’t tell you
