Today there is no shortage of fresh and fun ways to jump-start or to maintain your fitness journey. The beauty of it is that you can tweak your fitness lifestyle to something that is enjoyable and personal. There are certainly many alternatives regardless of how you choose to pursue your fitness journey. You can make it personal. Yes, this sounds good and it’s workable, you can make it work even if you are juggling two or more jobs. Maybe life has taken off, age, family, work and school, and more. Hey, you got this, and you know what? You will be a better person for this as you make it consistent. Start With a Bite Sized Chunk of Exercise If you don’t like exercising or don’t have the time to exercise start with bite-size chunks. Get into the habit of showing up. Affordable Luxury; Living Opulence Your Own Way!
I know that some of you might doubt the title of this article when you read it. The words ‘affordable’ and ‘luxury’ are never used at the same time… or are they? Well, if some product or service is luxurious, it’s hardly affordable in the world we live in, right? Affordable luxury is an oxymoron as we know. But what if I tell you each one of us; average persons can achieve the lifestyle we’ve dreamed of? Coping with the ‘NEW NORMAL’
Home is the one place where we can be ourselves. Family accepts you for who you are – or do they? Well COVID-19 will certainly test that… Family is the most priceless and significant thing that an individual has. It’s where we learn the value of affection, care, love, and truthfulness. Where our beliefs, values and personalities are formed. With the advent of COVID we are entering into ‘a new normal’. The first two weeks at home may feel exciting, cozy, and a great way to reconnect. But now as the lockdown is extending, it just seems like a crushing challenge. So, during this challenging time, what the hell can we do not to get on each other’s nerves? To stick together, to become even stronger? If we focus on family in the same way we focus on doing well with a new partner, or impressing our boss 🙂 we can get through this… No Space to Breathe In the busy routine of our lives, we often find it hard to get free time with our family, well COVID certainly changed that reality. Now, we not only have time, we are ‘locked in the same ‘quarters’ as our family.
